Roles of Health Care Assistant  (HCA)

  • Patient care: Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.  
  • Monitoring: Taking vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.  
  • Support: Assisting with feeding, mealtimes, and hydration.  
  • Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment by making beds and changing linens.  
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.  and quality
  • Helping clients with personal care  
  • Assisting with medication   
  • Meal preparation  
  • Supporting with light household duties  

Profile

  • No experience required; we provide you with all the training you’ll need
