Join our team as a Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring care. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support in home care settings and care homes, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.
Roles of Health Care Assistant:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and care provided.
- Drive to attend client visits as needed.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Any other duties related to caregiving as assigned.
Profile
- Experience in creating and implementing care plans.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping.
- Strong command of English for clear communication.
- Familiarity with home care practices and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license for attending client visits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Prior experience in a care home setting is a plus.
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
