You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.
Roles of Health Care Assistant:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Moving and Handling.
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings.
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits
- We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- We do a minimum of 1-hour calls (95%) – This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.
- Sufficient travel time between clients – calculated by google maps
- Excellent Health Care Assistant training programme including a new carer training programme for persons who are brand new to care.
