Roles of Adult Social Care Worker:
- Monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers;
- assisting with patient mobility and transfers Managing patient records and documentation
- Assisting with medical procedures and examinations; –
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families; –
- Ensuring a clean and secure environment for patients
Profile
- Completion of a certified healthcare assistant program or relevant experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- High school diploma or equivalent –
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures; –
- Proven capacity to maintain the confidentiality of patient information; –
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
