Roles of Visa Switch| Health Care Assistant:
- To Assist in the delivery of personalized care to patients in both home care and care home environments
- Support healthcare professionals with the implementation of care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure holistic care delivery
- Utilise IT systems for accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Drive to different locations as required for patient visits
Profile
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- A caring and empathetic nature towards patients
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different care environments
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Care home: 1 year (required)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
